Default Aviator fuel Pump

Hello Randy.

I'm a owner of 2003 mustang Gt with 2-stage NOS system.
As you know that there is no fuel return line.
So
I' m very interested in Aviator fuel pump out of a lincoln SUV that flows 310lph.

How I can get this pump and how much the cost?

I live in japan and cannot find Aviator here.

Thank you

Well, I'm assuming you're able to order things off the internet and have them shipped to you? These may not be quite what you're looking for, but hope they help.
From http://www.car-stuff.com/lincolnfuelpump.htm they have the following Lincoln Fuel Pump Models:
Lincoln Continental Fuel Pump, Lincoln LS Fuel Pump, Lincoln Mark VII Fuel Pump, Lincoln Mark VIII Fuel Pump, Lincoln Navigator Fuel Pump, Lincoln Town Car Fuel Pump, and Lincoln Town Country Fuel Pump.

Also, there's this site: http://www.usedcars.com/autoparts/up...51334wvo.shtml

If you look over to the right, right below the 1-800 Number banner, there's a link that says, "View all Lincoln Fule Pumps". It pulls up 4 pages worth, but I dind't see any that match what you're looking for, but perhaps there's one that would work just as well?

Lastly, I found this site: https://www.rockauto.com/dbphp/mak,LINCOLN,2003

They had these two listed:
MOTORCRAFT Part# PFS163 From 12/10/02; Fuel Pump & Sender
MOTORCRAFT Part# PFS8 After 12/10/02; Fuel Pump & Sender

Both listed at $196.79

Hope some of this helps.

Default Thank you

Thank you for all of you!
I will get the pump by internet shop.
Then I will try to put 200shot by NOS! (with stock piston! >> High risk!?)

You can see my car at Car-Domain HP.

Default Hey Randy any help with choosing a fuel pump?

I'm at a loss ,I own a 2002 Mustang GT and want to only due the fuel pump once. I loooked at the Focus pump but read mixed reviews of its pressure loss around 5000 rpm. I also looked at the Walbr 255 options that Procharger and variuos web sites sells but it involves modifiing the canister???Whats that about.then I found your reply to a guy about the Aviator fuel pump is a direct fit works fine for all Mustangs returnless fuel type and its 310? Wow sounds like my answer. I have a Vortech v2sq with a front mount spearco intercooler not on the car yet.50 lbs injctores and same calibrated ProM mass air meter. I just got the SCT ex2 and need a fuel pump. I only want to due it one time. Will the Aviator fuel pump do it or would it be too much at 310? Any help would be great. I joined the fourums just to ask this question buy reading the help makes me wonder why I havent been here before. I 'm amember of SVTsanke.com and will tell some of the guys about this forum.

I think Aviator pump direct fit and works fine for all Mustangs returnless fuel type.
310 is not too much for 600hp target.
My Mustang GT, ingectors (Fuel/Air ratio) are controled by Motec. It is main CPU.(not sub). It is easy to control the whole engine.

at your power level the Avaitor pump wont cut-it. anything over 500 hp is going to require the Cobra set-up

Default Aviator pump questions

It is a direct fit yes or no?
I have heard that the focus pump is iffy since it has been a recall on focus pumps. I'm aslo worried about taking a sharp turn and having the fuel pump cut out as the fuel level is low. I looked at reveiews done by Mustang magazines and they only found the focus pump to be 210 not 255.I'm aslo not wanting my pressure to drop to only 30psi from 70 at 5300 rpms like some stangers with the focus are having. If I got the Aviator pump would the 310 be too much or coul dit be dialed down to a constant that I needed. Again I'm no tuner, I just want to get all the right parts one time for a tuner that i sgoing to bolt on an tune with the SCT Excal2.
VortecV2SQ 8/9lbs I think
50lbs injectors Maching Pro M MAS unit
Spearco FMIC
Vortech Blow off valve
Im not too keen on the focus pump as it comes from a 4 cyl car,yes it SC but still designed for low bost on a 4 cyl car.
Thanks

yes it's pretty much a direct swap. the SVT Focus pump was NOT envolved in any Recalls, you have that confussed wth the standard Ford Focus. I've sold 100's of these pumps and NO problems.

Default Pumps???

So teh only difference between the aviator pump and the focus pump is the floe rating 255 or 310? So why wouldnt I want to go with the aviator pump? zi know its almost double the cost but what are the pros and cons and teh advantages dissadvantages to using the aviator vrs teh focus pump? Thanks for the help as I'm still desiding.

If you are going to be over 425HP, you are going to need a dual cobra tank/pumps or some other sort of fuel upgrade like the aviator or change setup with walbro. Like randy said, the Focus pump is rated to what about the safe tune is on a basic supercharged stock block/internals 4.6 with the normal bolt ons. If you plan on being over 425 (i give some leeway on the rating) then youve got some more expensive upgrades to worry about along with your fuel system delivery.

Default Thanks Randy

Ok I remove teh electric pump from the Aviator assembly and swap it to the mustang assembly...Is that it? Do I have to modify the mustang assembly in any way for this fuel pump to work. Will I have to drill holes for fuel starvation as I have read with other pumps...does any one have a complete how to the swap or directions. Thanks Randy and All who answered in the post. So Randy I'm new here how do I order from your Ford Dealer from you?
Thanks

Default I hope I havethe right Aviator Pump

Het Randy sorry for not calling you back I've been ill for past week, and my buddy works for local Ford Dealer "Chapman" in Phila so he picked up the pump for me with the part number you gave me of: 3C5Z9H307CA Thats the part number on the box along with PFS-163. But the part had a different number on its sticker: 3C5U-9H307-CC DATE CODE 8-5-05 a long number also on the sticker is:3C5U9H307CC21705073953A . Is this the correct pump that flows 310lbs? Thanks for all the help.

why not just get a BAP? my focus pump dropped to 30 psi at 5500 when the car pulled 408 to the wheels. added a BAP and had it tuned for the voltage it needs when more fuel is needed. people drill holes because the pump may suck the basket dry. i also wouldn't get into to boost while your tank is at 1/8th full.

if your that concerned about fuel then just get cobra tank and pumps.
