Default waiting to ride---new pics

I'm updateing suspension and wheels. all other parts(from other sites) have arrived but the wheels have not. i paid for these wheels but not even a tracking number. it was said you where waiting on the order but you already have the money so you've had to recived my order. on the site it says ships the next day yet it's been almost a week and not even shipped yet. I'm interested in other things on the site but this is really discouraging me from purchaseing anything else from here. just need an answer. (18x9 chrome fr500's)

Well getting bushing and ball joints pressed into the A arm's as i type. Suspension will be done today. Just would really like to help move this along, if it's possible. I do have to say that Mr. Chamblee seems to be trying to help, and if you read this thanks.

We are expecting those Chrome FR500's to come into our hands today. We have already gotten part of our shipment in, and now its just a waiting game to get the rest in. Like I said, we are expecting them today, tomorrow at the LATEST.

Why is it a waiting game? Don't you have a shipdate/tracking number?

Default Its that time of year

Everyone and their brother is ordering tires/wheels (Its that time of year). I can tell Chris is doing all he can. I ordered a set of Chrome Bullitts last week. The site states that they usually ship the next day...oh well. Hey, I've waited a year and half to get to this point and drop some serious $$$...whats another week?

What I meant was, do you wait to ship products (i.e. Actually picked up and placed on a truck) until you get a certain amount together to try and save money, therefore helping with the free shipping.

Well the UPS tracking number isn't active. by these guys email it should be by 7:21pm et time. But i've never known of a ups package not being scaned when it was shipped. When i worked at UPS (Louisville, Ky) We had to scan the packages at certain points. One of them is pickup as described by our ups driver who picks up here. I think i might have got the wrong number or it hasn't been shipped. Shipped refers to being transported. If the money had not already been removed from my account 6 days before the alledge ship date, or i had atleast a valid tracking number that referance something then waiting would not be a big deal. I know they seem to be trying but it's a matter of money. And lack of info to whats going on.

I ordered two quiet mufflers and a shorty antenna for an 02 Gt. I have yet to receive tracking info...or any info on this order at all. This is the last time I order anything from mustang tuning... i would rather pay for shipping through california~mustang or planetperformance, because never in my life have i been so left in the dark about my order status! i'm severely disappointed in the service this website provided me, especially since the website looks so high class...and they actually have alot of great products! Whoever runs this store needs to think about upgrading the customer service quality (imo)

anyways, if any "moderators" have any tracking info or order status info, please advise ASAP

sincerely,
the disappointed GT owner :crybaby2:
