Woah there tiger...

Yes we do answer our phones, but most of the time that people call we are on the phone helping someone else.

As for your order, please drop me a PM with your order number and your Name, chances are your order is either on backorder, or it has been shipped out and is en route to you.

We dont hold your money because we can. That would be bad business. Were a small staff with a lot to do. I assure you that we will get back to you as fast as possible, but sometimes it just takes a while.

theyre good guys. Dont be a whiny.

chances are, you got free shiping. try finding another reputable site with that.

You probably also paid less than retail.Find another site with that.

Chill out and wait. If you want immediate all the time, youll not only pay more, but also pay shipping. basically, add $100 to whatever you plan on spending.

that is all.

I think Im going to start a support group for new members :evil6: . The big problem with hiring more people is that it will bring up the prices. Most of the time things do go out quickly but when its held up its due to the manufacturer of the product and on rare occasions it all MTShambles fault. Most of us have spent thousands of dollars in the MT store including myself,I just ordered an slp catback. Its always good to ask about your order if it has been 14days and you have not recieved it. Talk to some of the guys here at the forum and look the videos and pretty soon you will have you parts. I will also move the post where it belongs on the order info section.

Bob and myself do what we can in order to get your products out in a timely manner.

We have stopped shipping by APX partly because it was not getting products to the customers in a proper amount of time. For now, for all ground shipments over a pound, we are shipping via UPS. We did NOT expect to have such an inconvience come up over us changing shipping companies.

Some things we have no control over, such as items that are out of stock from the manufacturer. I do what I can to inform customers of these outages when they happen, and to get a timetable as to when another possible shipment will come in. Sometimes the demand hits us out of the blue (like for Black Bullitt Wheels, that demand came out of nowhere) and it takes us a while to scramble and get everything together.

Our order policy is different because sometimes we use the money that you have placed with us in order to get the part from the manufactuer if it is needed. In rare cases, this means that we can drop-ship some items immediately so that we dont have to wait for customer authorization to charge the card. We dont take the money and run. We actually put it to good use acquiring items so that the wait time for you, and for other customers, is shorter and shorter.

Im going to try something new tomorrow and actually post up what is out of stock on the forums, and what the ETA is for getting in new parts. Most parts ship out between 24-48 hours, depending on if we are in a crunch or not.

All that I ask is just be patient. Bob and myself do our best to give you accurate timetables as to when things will ship, and when they will be delivered. Sometimes things go awry for both you and us. I give you my word, however, if you are patient with us, we will give you a quality experience and get your part to you as fast as we possibly can.

I hope you can all see whats going on behind the MT scenes for this past month. Hopefully this will clear the air a bit.

Default You can't make everyone happy

Hey Chris,

I run my own company...we deal with the motorcycle industry (Harley & Metric cruisers)...you can imagine how busy we are right now... I tell my customer's that we will do all we can and we do. I can't blame them for getting excited to get their parts and ride...You're in the same situation.

This doesn't mean your off the hook! ha ha.... Please tell me if they did the "Drop-Ship".

I couldn't agree with you more, and I hope people read these emails before ordering, if only I was as smart enough to have done that in the first place. As far as I’m concerned $100.00 to know where my order is, is a small price to pay. I just hate the guessing game, coming home from work to find nothing in my driveway is a complete disappointment, and you would wonder what exactly i ordered, it was only a pair of mufflers and a freaking antenna. If i ordered a supercharger or custom burnt chip, no problem...but mufflers? come on already! I’m severely pi**ed off at this point. I think I'll give it a couple more days before the Better Business Bureau is notified. I seriously can't believe yahoo is even affiliated with this company. :icon_puke

Um...last time I checked we've been telling people that those catbacks and x-pipes are out of stock from SLP. We dont have any control over that.

Default Damage Control

Hey Shambles,

I sounds like you need to do some "damage control". You have a great site and offer a nice product line BUT your leaving your customers with high expectations regarding shipping... Just post that this is the peak time of the season and the manufacturers are maxed-out. Your customers would step back and chill...and show some patience.

p.s. I'm also waiting for info on my set of (4) Chrome Bullitt rims..hint hint : )

who said anything about x-pipes? and last time i checked your company never returned my emails or calls. So don't get bitter with me sweetheart, if anyone is at fault it is YOUR CUSTOMER (Lack of) SERVICE...so don't take it so personal.

If i had known i was ordering off of ebay, this wouldn't surprise me, but it would be nice to get an update on my order every 5 days or so, and not just sit here wondering what the *$%& is going on over there and have to flame heads every hour!? I live in NJ, so the PA warehouse merchandise should have arrived already, but i didn't get an email response telling me that my crap is on b/o

pretty good system :jerk:
