the front pops when the car is needed to be stopped quickly open to ideas...

we replaced the pads. already did the motor mounts 2. probally gonna re check the brakes this weekend just lookin for other ideas to check out

check the lower control arm bushings. I see you have an Energy suspension kit. Did the kit include stiffer front lower control arm bushings?? Sometimes stiffer bushings can cause creaks and thumps under load. check for proper torque on the lower control arm bolts. If they are ok check the caliper bracket bolts for proper torque?

Check you C/C plates at the top of your strut.

yea we changed the control arm bushings. i'll check the torque on the bolts. and as far as the cc plates i just got them yesterday at 5
