Wierd Transmition noise

Hey, I was driving to school today, and I'm hearing like a ringing noise coming from what I think is my gearbox. It's not coming from my motor, because I can only hear it INSIDE the car... I recently installed my Tri-ax short shifter... do yall have any ideas?It only makes the noise at mid to high RPM too...

I'm not sure about he ringing sound, whenever installing an aftermarket shifter you're going to hear a lot more noise coming from the tranny.
