Yea GET THE steeda Double hook quadrant and Steeda Firewall Cable Adjuster. Upgrading the quadrant is a good idea if you shift hard and/or have a Aftermarket performance clutch. And the firewall is great cause u can set the engagement ppoint where u like!

Maybe getting the Frpp Alu. Drive shaft is a good idea to!

to be honest I don't really care much for adjusting the clutch pedal, but i think i still have to get it for the double hook quadrant.

is the alum. driveshaft that MT have the FRPP one? It doesn't have a brand attached to it at all.

Yes its the FRPP one and yes, you have to get the firewall adjuster with a new quadrant because you lose the self adjusting option with a non stock quadrant. Also I second what MattJ said about the aftermarket cables snapping. I need to order a quadrant and adjuster...

if you are going to be running DR's or slicks at the track you will need a stronger rearend, we don't have problems with u-joints, i've seen a stock driveshaft int the 9's. WHere our problem is in the axles, if you hook, you break them, that simple. 31- spline mosers and a 31-spline diff will make it reliable when flogging it on sticky tires.

Also, do yourself a favor and don't puss out. I drive 80 mi. a day at 70-75 mph with my 4.10's and would NEVER change them, i was a little reluctant at first but stop light to stoplight i kill stock geared 99+ GTs and at the track i yank 1.7 60' pretty consistanty. it launches NASTY!!!
Oh, and i usually flogg the car instead of babying a whole tank of gas and still get 20-22mph driving to work and back and a little play time on the highway.

also again, i shift into 5th at 35-40mph when i want to tool around town at low rpm. 70 mph for me is 2700 for a t-3650 car it's around 2400-2500

I'm doing 4.10s for sure I would have already bought them but I want to do something with the rear end too, that's the part I'm undecided on. I've already been looking into either the moser or strange axles.

question.. do I need to change the spider gears out with the axles also?

no you need a whole new differential, but you can get a FRPP 31-spline for about $190
