alright... im a sophmore in highschool... and where i come from what u drive means somethin... i come from a small town in kansas and i have one of the fastest cars at my highschool... a few of my friends have fast/nice cars for instance there are 2 gto's at my school a 76 camero and a 98 cobra, and finally a 66 mustang
i have raced only one, the 66 mustang... and i beat it quite easily BUT my car is almost completly stock other than my recently added american thunder flowmaster kit i love the sound of my car and it looks alright but something is missing... it doesnt really "stand out" from all those other cars runnin around, and i dont know how to make it stand out i work some during the summer but school is starting now so money wise i cant go crazy so i was thinking maby a paint job... like a gunmetal grey with 2 black racing stipes... that idea didnt last long after i found out it would be around 3 grand (half what i paid for my car) i cant afford that shit!! so help me out, toss some ideas at me, and tell me what u think just keep in mind i want a muscle feel... i dont like that wind up toy bullshit lol keep it flashy keep it nice... ![]() |

i dont have a body kit on mine...but i did drill new holes for the wing about 3 inches backwards from the stock holes so the wing is flush with the trunk lid, looks alot better i think...ill post up some pictures..try moving your wing around if you want a differant look...

you can kinda see how i moved my wing back in this pic...it looks alot better in my opinion with it flush with the trunk lid on the corners. Only took like 20 minutes and the trunk slamming on my finger(you have to take off the shocks from the trunk lid) at least on my year model you have to remove the shocks

SN95s dont respond well to body kits. Keep it simple. First lower the car, then get a nice wheels. You can get those two parts used for 50-75 percent what it cost new.

If you were to go body kit, go with the Stalker kit. But if not, i'd lower it, throw a set of cobra or Saleen wheels on it, and change out the hood. The hood i'd go with a cowl hood, or a ram air hood from Cervini's. Looks really nice on your style.

new rims, paint your calipers red, lower it...simple yet to the point.
then get some gears....don't fear the gear....

As long as you dont get a body kit and get domestic wheels that look good on our model stang you will be ok. If you dont know what to get then ask us for advise as I have seen too many Mustangs ruined by poor wheel choice.
