Default Which Injectors???

I need to replace my Stock 19# injectors.

I currenlty have just bolt-ons. No blower or juice at all.. @ about 57,000 miles

What injectors are good? should I just stay with the stock motorcraft injectors?

You've got pink tops right? Those aren't 19's they're 21/22lb/hr. If you have yellow tops those are 19's. (2002 was the changeover year near as I can tell).

I would get 24's so you can play with nitrous later if you want and not have to buy them again. I've also seen the stock 21's not perform up to their rating and start leaning out at the top end. Anything but stock requires a tune change.

NA, you need to upgrade them when you get around 300rwhp. With nitrous (wet shot), they dont need to be upgraded at all. Youll also need a retune if you upgrade them.

I am running 12.5-1 fuel ratio in my motor which is high compression and have tons of bolt ons and a tune, I still have the stock sized 19's in them. They aren't the stock injectors, just the stock size. I have been told that unless you are really over the 300 horse mark, the 19's will work fine. IF you have the opportunity and can get eth 24's, then do. Realize however, you need a retune of your MAF or another one to match the injectors and a tune will help keep the pesky Mil light from coming on and you allow you to get the most from the addition.
