What do you think? sounds like a good idea.

you can get used heads and a used PI intake for that price. Not worth it if you ask me. Look for used PI heads and a used PI intake then Ford and others sell a head chanign kit that has all the gaskets etc.. there is even a guy on ebay who sells complete kits for the PI swap for cheapish.

no way can i afford a swap...to much labor and what not. do you think i would see an increase in power with this though?

I agree with Dustin, better off just waiting longer until you can afford the full swap.

i currently just bought that kit but from Livernois...the only reason i bought JUST the intake is because i have a Vortech SQ trim s/c sitting in my garage, and i didnt want to swap the heads to raise compression with the blower. If you plan on staying N/A though, save up for some PI heads...if you eventually plan on going F/I, that kit is what you want!

buy the adapter plates and find yourself a used 01+ intake for 50bucks off craigslist or ebay or car-part.com No sense in wasting money you don't need to.
