What do you think?
Alright well I know alot of people may ask this question but I gotta ask...the first thing I did to my 00 GT was a SLP LM1 catback and I thought it sounded good. After I put an Flowtech O/R X not only did the X pipe not fit right but I thought the bark was more than the bite and it was really loud and not really that deep. So I welded a set of Magnaflow mufflers in place of the SLP resonaters and it dramatically reduced the sound but it still sounds good. I wish it were a little louder and deeper but it was a fix for then. My question is, what setup should I go with....SLP longtubes, SLP Shorty catted x pipe(or off road), with SLP LM1's(or LM2's)......or should i go with MAC longtubes, MAC Shorty off road H, and a MAC Catback? I know that someone has to have a setup like one of these that can steer me in the right direction. I dont have to pass emissions and Im also 18 yrs old so loud is ok by me but also want to have a deep rumble too. I have already checked alot of places that have sound clips but none with these setups. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

Here's my SLP LT's, SLP catted Xpipe, SLP LM2.

IMO SLP sounds only good with cats. An O/R pipe can sound just fine IF you have LT's.
Stock headers, O/R Xpipe, and LM2/LM1 sound like poop to me.

It would just be louder and a little more raspy.
The LM2 have a special material on the inside of the resonator that keeps the vibration down thus slightly quieting it and it doesnt resonate so much on the inside of the car.
To me switching between LM2 and LM1 would be pointless with where im at on my exhaust. I might go O/R though and see how I like it. But as of now, I LOVE how my exhaust set up is.

In my case, I like the cats cuz it smooths it out. Remember in my vid i have cats, and it's a lot raspier in person.

03mustanggt your car sounds good too. I would go with a full mac setup but i would want it to be just a little raspy. so if that wont happen then it sounds like its either raspy or deep, there is no in between.
