Dude, this movie has been made time and time again.
If yer looking for plot or origionality it is best to look elsewhere.
Tell ya what though, i thought it was great watching kong kick the **** out of those 3 T-rex's (or whatever they were)
personally, i loved it for what it was, a bitching special effects extravaganza.

I bet that gorilla got more than you.....lol......i'm just saying it was well made....Michael Mann is a good director that made a excellent movie once again...Hell even the critics gave it a good review and those guys are d**** when it come to movie remakes but they praised this one.

lol I mean i never saw the new War of the Worlds movie for the same reason i don't wana see kong...you know what happens...and I don't care about special effects. Peter Jackson wanted to make this movie over again since he was little but that doesn't mean the events change. Also yea it seems corny as hell a gorilla would fall inlove with an actress...
