Default Pics and 1/4 mile results

Went to the track tuesday and got a couple runs off. Couldnt hook like I would of liked to, but you know how that goes. Heres my best run, and a few pics of the ride here at home after I washed it today. Times are not SAE corrected, and these numbers are with stock 3.27 gears.

R/T: .628 (i know i was sleeping at the tree)
60': 2.262
330: 5.969
1/8: 9.052
miles per hour: 79.83
1000: 11.716
1/4: 13.966
miles per hour: 100.05

I got some runs that my initial start, 60' 1/8 were faster but slowed down in the end that netted me some 14 flats, 2 runs I missed 3rd, couldnt hook really after my first 3 runs.

And heres some pics:

Not too bad.Change those gears and that will help alot.Had a buddy a couple of weekends ago run 14.0 with 4:10's, complete exhaust,CAI,75mm throttlebody, and a tune and that was the best he could do.He had it dynoed at like 275 rwhp but like you said he could'nt get traction. It was also hotter than hell, around 98 the day he ran.

Its good looks make up for the slowness...lol jk man. Good runs, you are doing a lot for a car with handling suspension, stock gears, and a stock shifter. Get all that along with some drag radials and youll be set.

Ya, in all reality, I have nothing done to the car other than TB/plenum, filter, tires, and weld in mufflers. I guess im one of those "good drivers"

Gears go in saturday, and ill be racing monday to show new times.

Better have fun with those gears before you go.Very hard to get traction unless your a little bit used to them and still it's very hard sometimes.

Car IS SCT XCAL2 tuned, I forgot to add that in there. And 3.90s go in tomarrow (saturday at 8am).
Stubby antenna is the 8" from here. Dont buy it, buy the 12". My reception turned pretty crappy after I installed it but I hardly listen to the radio so I can take it.

Went to the track again to see the results of the 3.90s and I came out pretty happy. exactly everything the same from the tuesday run which got me 13.966, except 3.90s. I got 17 runs in, and had about 4 13.5 runs, 3 13.6s, and the rest were basically 13.7-13.8. People were like "you are running 13.5 on street tires with normal street PSI??!!" Yep. Hookin just as good as the other ponys with radials like 555rs and bfg gforces.
