Are you happy With your Stang?

maybe a stupid question because i dont think anyone is truely happy with their mustang. you may have a v6 and want a gt. you may have a gt and want a mach or a cobra. may have a 99-04 and want a 05+ and so on soo on... so are you happy with it? and if you had 5G to put into your mustang what would it be towards? i am for one happy i even have a mustang even though it is a V6 it is also my 1st car and pretty badass and an attention grabber. and my 5g's would go towards a blower.

I love my car but i'm not as happy as I could be. Stock GT with some decent sounding flowmasters. I'm seriously thinking about getting some gears, I want to try some 4:10's but will probably get some 3:90's or at he very least some 3:73's. I got one more year to pay it off so I'm trying to take care of her. But she's a slow stang after 2nd gear. I want to do the bolt on mods and I probably will eventually. She still looks good after 4 years, but she stays dirty for weeks sometimes. (water restrictions here). I need to take a full weekend when it's nice, and detail her real good. And I want to get some more power out of her. But there are so many things you can do. and not enough time or money to do them..

I'll say I'm satisfied with my Stang but I could be happier. I guess I just want more..

i am truly happy with my stang...truly...i love it...i consider the gt to be the best....cause it is what you make it...i have no desire to get a shelby or a rousch

i love my car. i am happy with the way it is now. my goal was to have a sightly different looking mustang but still have the stock appearance. and i am able to stand out in a crowd.

my town is mostly made up of either redneck loving hicks, or rich german loving car enthusiasts....and they say that my mustang is the only one that they like 'round these parts cause its not like every mustang.

if i were to spend 5k...it would be on a bike to bring the speed/handling out of me. lol. it takes too much time and money to get the stang to where i want it to be at my age.

Only way to hit 400HP is to drop 4-5k supercharge it. Only way to go much beyond that is to spend 4-5k to have the engine built up.

thats a lot of damn money to hit 500hp.

Ive been less and less happy with my mustangs performance as time goes on. She is a beautiful car, but im just sick of shitty 4.6l 2v. it just doesent have much potential without some massive rebuilding.

I am very happy with my car. I have dropped money in every department, audio, visual, performance, handling, this summer I am dropping in some gears, PI torque converter and a built auto street/strip transmission, that should compliment the s/c well.

3.8L 2v V6's have more potential than your motor. lol.

i am okay happy with my car... just has a few problems and its a darn auto... if i have 5K and could sell mine, i would want to get my first stang, (someone ran a red) it was a 98 BAB coupe it is missed

I love my car. There are times when i don't, and yes, it could be faster but i'm working on that. To be honest, if i bought a car that i didn't want to work on, or improve, it wouldn't be that fun. I know modding a mustang is never ending, and you'll always want more, but thats okay with me. I dont ever want to stop.

I was so close to trading in my car for a 08 GT/CS. I literally had the papers sitting right in front of me. I test drove it 4 times. It was so much better than my car, but then i looked at my car. I have put alot of money into it, and its paid off. I made the right financial decision. Now if a 03-04 Cobra comes my way, i may be tempted because they are sick nasty. But until then, i'll keep working on my car.

I am very happy with my car. 04 Redfire GT. 99-04 is definately my fav body style mustang. I do have the mod bug and I would take the 5k toward a blower kit and if I still had a little left maybe a cowl hood and 03/04 cobra side skirts. The only other style mustang I like more than mine is the Mach 1. But I pretty much have a mach 1 clone minus the shaker hood (and motor obviously). The 4v would be nice...but I think once I get my 4.10s in I'll have plenty of torque to have some fun back and forth to work.

Im more than happy with my mustang even though its a 6. For a first car i couldn't think of a better car. Ive dumped enough money into her though. with 5 more grand id definatly upgrade to my dream car- Comp Orange Mach 1. if i couldn't get my hands on an orange one id take the blue.
