Default You ever let your mother drive your stang?

lol... have you?

i've only asked my mom to come outside and get in and start it and rev it up. today i had her come out and do it and i told her to drive it down the road(about 1/2 mile). i told her don't be afraid to give it the gas... lol wrong idea, she pulls out of the driveway gives it the gas it sounds good then she got 1/2 mile down to the t-road i told her to turn around at and she passes it by now she has it up to 80-90. she gets another 1/4 mile down the road and then turns it around. when she was comming back i swear she was doing 40mph about 20ft away from are driveway then slows down at the last second to turn into it. i though she was going to fly right by me lol.

she's not getting in it again after i get my 4.10's and posi lock in. lol

My mom drives my stang out once or twice a week while im away at school. She doesnt take it far, 3 miles at most. I know she is hard on it, she likes to drive fast. But I know she takes care of it, she has alot of respect for cars.
Im glad she has the 5.7L hemi in her jeep, otherwise i would have the fastest car in the family and she would be driving mine every day.

lol, my [future] mother inlaw blew up my last car (accord) by hydrolocking it.....
her excuse "why would you put stuff like that on a shitty car?"
AHHHH, I dumped about 10K into that thing, it looked great!!!
these arent its final pics and a good bit was done to finalize the look (the bumper lights were amber like 2 weeks later) but you get the idea.... it was a clean, simple accord with a good amount of "performance" mods

My mom refuses to learn to drive manual. She says she hasn't needed it yet, so she wont in the coming years lol
My dad has driven my car a couple times, let him take it to a show while I was at work... I let my older brother drive it because he used to have a 400+ hp gt vert he let me drive, so it is only fair that I let him get jealous of torque every once in a while... He now drives an 07 Audi A4 2.0T S-Line (handling and appearance upgrade)
(his old car, his old crappy cell phone- Picture)

Are you kidding? My Mom's Mustang is what made me love them. That is the first car I learned how to drive a stick in. It was a 1996 Ford Mustang Cobra, black on black leather int. That thing was HOT.

My mom rarely drives the car, at most once a year. She doesnt like driving it becasue she says its to low (its not even lowered) and she thinks the back window is to dark.

My dad hasnt driven it since it was stock and that was about 3 years ago.

My sister hasnt driven it since it was stock either so about 3 years.

Im really the only person that drives it, Even I dont drive it much. It normally just sits outside while at college and move it atleast once a week. I can get tank of gas to last me atleast 4 weeks. hell It still only has 23k miles on it.

My Mom drove my v6 a couple of times, but never driven the GT. My dad drove the GT when I bought it, but hadn't drove a manual for about ten years and wasn't very good at it.

My mom never has, my father has ONCE....

After logan was born the next day we found out he had a heart problem, we were rushed the hospital he was born in to childrens hospital,. my wife rode with the ambulance. My dad offered to drive my car for me since i hadnt had much sleep and i was so freaked out about my sons health.

So i said yeah sure.

LAST TIME HE IS EVER ALLOWED TO DRIVE MY CAR!!!!!!!!

I swear to god he was going maybe 45mph on I-70 that has a 65 miles per hour limit and most people drive 75-80mph.

I guess he was trying to be a safe driver and all, but man we haf people blasting past us at 40mph over our speed, i was sure that we were gonna get rear ended by something that doesent slow down well. I started getting real worried and told him to PLEASE keep up with traffic and he said not to worry we would be at the hospital in no time. I ended up yelling at him and told him that right now we are basically sitting still on a freeway when going this slow and were gonna get killed. He got up to 60mph but wouldnt budge further than that.
i felt bad afterwards, but fack man you dont drive 40 fuggin MPOH on a goddamn insterstate, it is just as dangerous as driving 95

first, only, and last time he will drive it. My wife drives it occasionally, sjhe has it right now at her work in the lot wwith its for sale sign.

i wasnt even letting my dad drive when HE wrecked my sol....
on/off ramp from interstate, getting off, blazer 50 yards ahead. I accelerate to pass a car on my side and squeeze between blazer and car (i was 17).... I would have made it....
had my father not grabbed my steering wheel and yanked me back right....right into the corner of the blazer..... never let him ride with me since.
yup, that was a $4K repair....

I was at the bar one night and had a few to many and convinced my mom and her BF to come get the stang. So me being hammered i decided not to ride with my mom so i go in the nice new silverado with her bf...wrong move. We come out of the parking lot onto the main road while right behind me i had a huge screech and loud exhaust my head flys around and my mustang roars by. needless to say i am a lil choked right now not to mention far to drunk to walk. I now knwo i should of been in the car watching her not having my best friend ride with her because ( he wants to see if my mom can drive) Stupid liqour

He grew up... sort of? The car was really not great for the street, all sorts of handling goodies and such. He had bought a 1998 audi a4 quattro for a winter car, loved it so much he bought a new one. 2007 Audi A4 S-line with all the trimmings.
Luckily he sold it to one of our close family friends, so we get to see it all the time, lol

nope my parents don't. I let my mom drive it once, after I cleaned it up and she turned it around in a dirt parking lot, I was not happy. But my parents have a 350z vert, so they have there own toy; and I am usually begging to drive it instead when i am home.

Mom lives about 80 miles away... and no, she has never driven it.

Wifey has driven it just once... the day I got it. We went out for dinner and she drove home because I had a few pints of Guinness. Since I have a CDL, the DWI level is .04, and it's just not worth the hassle.

My son has driven it twice.

Its kinda funny that you mention this. Last summer i went to Kansas City and as a surprise my mom took my car to go get professionally detailed while i was gone. I got at least 15-20 phone calls in the whole 15 minutes my mom was driving my car from people telling me that they just saw my car, and it was definitely my car. So i thought it was stolen and had a mini-panic attack. haha!

My mom is 78 years old. She wrecked her brand new chysler 300 2 weeks after she bought it. Plus she has wrecked every car she has ever owned at least once. Mainly just cosmetic stuff. Nope she not driving my car. My wife is the only other person to drive my stang, she did real good driving a stick but she's not comfortable doing it. Plus I stomped the gas real good in 2nd gear with her riding with me and she got really pissed off at me. Said I hurt her back. Maybe I should have said "hang on" before I lit up the tires. Geez, Now she's scared of it. But she likes riding with me, as long as I don't accelerate At All.

that funny! That could never happen to me, since I always have the keys to my stang on my person, and I only have 1 key and 1 clicker.

My mom wont drive it, she's afraid. She doesnt even like to ride in it. My dad has driven it a few times, he says he like the power but that its way too loud. And he's 6'5'' and doesnt fit in it too well.
