my friend has a 2003 acura rsx and he was racing down the high way going 110mph in 3rd gear he goes to shift into fourth but he goes into second

guess wut happened

he blew everything under the hood and the car crazy smoke and **** evrrywhere now this may be a good thing for him though cause now hes gunna drop a type r engine in it still he sucks at driving

bad shift plus import = disaster

and alex ur car is still gunna be slow wit a type r get a mustang u ricer

of course there r faster impoiorts then my 00 gt but they r moddedunless u get to the evo and the sti but there a dif class im tlkign imports liek the eclipse rsx and integ stuff liek that yes but if that was a ford it woudl not ahve blown up my friends has done it before going 120 in 3rd in his mustang going into second and it dodn;t blow up couldn'y have not hurt the car at all but it didn;t blow up

I read all of these anti rice posts, and it makes me laugh. We drive mustang GT's (most of us, bob...lol) and its like, we are gods of the streets. Laugh at that RSX and any other "ricer" thats faster than you, but dont be ignorant. Realize that your, OUR cars, arent that fast any more. There are more midsized sedans that make more hp than our cars, than ever before. You talk about the imports that can beat you, and that they are modded, but I have to ask. Is your car COMPLETELY stock? To me, its more impressive that they are faster than you, as they are down 4 cylinders. You just need to realize the future of automobiles, and get the whole, "ricers suck" mentality out of your head. Mustangs arent gods, and there will always be someone faster, so enjoy the car because its YOUR car, and if you are like any of the die hard mustang owners, you dont own it to be the fastest, you own it because it puts a smile on your face everytime you drive it, and you get all giddy when she breaks loose shifting into second. You love it, knowing that an SRT neon with just exhaust could probably beat you, but you wont give it up for anything. Its not about being fastest, its about the cars. Drive safe, tell your friend to learn to drive, and enjoy your car. Oh, and dont be pissed when he passes you in 3rd with that new engine...lol.

Dont be too hard on the ricer bashers.
In the airforce we ragged on other military branches all the time, its half the fun! But when it comes down to kickin ass, we were all vital integral parts that makes america the most powerful. We all have different jobs and roles, but if we were all on the ground with guns, we'd get our asses kicked. need the whole picture.

yah, our mustangs aint the fastest anymore, but were pretty much what is left of the muscle car era, its good to have contempt, keeps the Mustang around. Whats the point if there is no rivalry?

They all say the same crap towards us anyways. Its all in good fun.
With the Camero gone, and the new charger being perfectly fit for child saftey seats, who do mustangs turn for the new rival?

Thank god we have em around, it makes owning a mustang more fun.
