anyone see aliens versus predator requiem?

did it make sense to you? i mean sure the killin was there but was there even a lil bit of a story in it anywhere? i was kinda let down

nope. no story really at all. lol. but i wasnt as disappointed as i thought i would be.

There was lots of action and killing but the story line was pretty basic. The alien starts to take earth over, then the predator comes to kill the alien, then we blow our selves up. I wasnt impressed with the movie, espically the ending.

wait till it comes out on cbs....i keep waiting for them to hit the magic they had with ALIENS but it doesnt happen...they had all the ingrediants...

1. tough soldier mom with baby daughter
2. hottie chick
3. loner tough guy with a heart
4. marines
5. aliens
6. predator
7. great special effects

but you didnt give a damn about any of them cause the writer must have been high on meth when he wrote the script....dumb movie ...now i'm waiting for cloverfield

no. dont buy it on dvd that cost more than going to the movies.

and it was a pretty good movie movie if your into a bunch of action.
however, if your a movie critique and you need a good story. there is not one.

like everyone else said

aliens get onto earth. a predator tries to come and destroy the aliens and all the evidence of them being here. aliens get out of control. big war. goverment blows up...some town, i didnt catch what it was. goverment gets ahold of the predator's gun. the end.

anyone think they will have a new one where earth is technological advance. it would be kinda like the Starcraft game if anyone has played it. it has the whole alien,predator,humans motif with it.

it will never be as good as the original aliens because ridley scott directed it and for the time it was something people hadnt seen yet. these new ones are being made because writers cant come up with original ideas anymore. these movies are what they are

really how does it cost more? DVD's are twenty bucks and going to the movies normally costs me at least thirty bucks

2 movie tickets: 10 bucks a piece
popcorn and soda: 8-10 bucks depending on size.

At least with the DVD you don't have to worry about dumb ass people talking the whole time and you can make your own popcorn without getting reamed for it

THATS what i meant to ask....what was up with that ending?...who was the matrix looking chick at the end? i heard rumors of a matrix terminator tie in...and i already read the terminator aliens book....were they hinting at something like that? matrix vs terminator vs predator vs aliens? lol
