Been arguing with a guy who claims that his 2001 Saab 95 Aero routinely beats up on Mustangs. The car is a 6.7 second 0-60 car and runs the 1/4 mile in the 15's. He told be that he has exhaust and a K&N which now apparently makes it a Mustang killer.

6.7 time to 60 puts his car at way slower than ours out of the box. I'm sure it beats up on 96 mustang v6's but on a v8 car... hahahahahahahahahahahahahaha ROFLMFAO

its funny you bring up this topic, not to high jack but this story is funny. Last Sunday one of dads old friends came over after the Lions game, he and his son (waste of space dumb-ass) went. My dads friend works at the Flatrock plant where they make the mustang, and he just got his kid in the plant about 3 months ago. So obviously the topic of mustangs come up, so apparently because this kid puts in dash components into the new mustang three days a week he now knows everything about it....I mean everything. All the while I'm just listening and thinking..."what a douche". So he starts to tell me about is grand prix GT...not GTP...and how a CAI and underdrive pullies made 60 HP and he was smoking cameros and mustangs. Then he tells me I should put a CAI and UD pullies and I would prolly get way more HP cause I have a V8. I had to let him down softly by telling him "it doesn't work that way...on any car" and that he did not get 60 hp. Then I went on the explain why the wasn't going to get 60 hp from those mods making sure I kept it fairly technical. Boy o boy did he get pissed, his face looked like I just shit in his corn flakes....guess I just did though. He did really talk to me after that.....and I didn't really care either.

Do what I plan on doing,tell everyone your car is stock and you have an exhaust leak but youll be glad to give them a 1 2 shift to see what it does.

ha ha....BTW, the guy was never claiming to beat me....just that he is faster then Mustang GT's on a regular basis.
