What would you do?
I am going to Ohio this Saturday to look for a place to live and a job. I was planning on driving the Mustang the 450 miles but my folks have offered to fly me up and back with their frequent flyer miles. Which would you do? and having a car while I am there is taken care of either way. also gas money is not an issue either.

you really are a true car enthusiast. As am I. I love to drive my car...so the only real question i guess for me is this: do I want to do something I love for 8 hours? hell yeah I do!

Until last year, I had spent the previous 13 years driving an insane amount. I used to fly ocassionally, but then flying became such a PITA, that I returned to driving.
Now, the last year I fly because I have no other choice. Hard to drive to Florida, TX, PR, HI, Ca, VA, and all the other placs I have been this year. I have logged over 50k miles in the air since January.
500 miles? ****, I would fly hands-down if someone else was flipping the bill especially if the flight were direct. Otherwise, I would drive especially if I was going with someone else. Why put a 1,000 miles on the stang if you don't have to?
In reality, you might not save that much time especially if the airport is far away, but flying is a lot easier on the body.

unless i have to cross an ocean or a mountain, me and my stang are roarin along...thats what a stang was made for... you know what happens everytime i fly? i get there and the sky is the most perfect blue...the road wont even have a dragonfly traveling on it...and i'll be in my rental passing by the biggest stang rally in the southwest...so my solution...take it...cause i live in the city and i'm not about to miss a chance for my pony to run free...my mom used to fly off with my brothers and my sister on vacation and me and my dad would be in the thunderbird roarin down the highway to meet em...yessir...me and the family dog with our heads out the window

I would drive, 450 miles is not that bad and that way you get to have your Stang with you to cruise the new city!!!! yah
I love to drive my stang all the time it's unbelievable how much happiness that car brings me. I plan trips just so I can drive.
