Default PayPal Question

hey guys i was wondering if any of you all have ever done a "reverse paypal payment" for an item you didnt want? if so, how do i go about doing this? see the problem is i was gonna purchase a 99/01 cobra front bumper from a member on svtp.com but he was only answering emails when i was interested in the bumper, which then i sent the money to him, like on Friday of last week around noon time...so by the end of the night i had sent him an email asking if had gotten the money and when he'll be shipping the bumper....i got nothing,no answer on anything until sunday late nite...which by then i had already told him to forget it,i dont want the bumper...he sent me a bigass paragraph on how impatient i was and how i should understand people work, blah blah blah...so he finally said he would return my money but i havent heard of him since then(sunday, last week)...ive sent him numerous emails, aswell as "money requests" from paypal and nothing...so then a friend of mine suggested i do a "paypal reverse payment" well i googled and found nothing...so if yall have done this please post up or gimme some pointers on how i can get my money back..its $380 down the drain if i dont get it back!

thanks,
Roy

You started complaining after 2-3 days, and over a weekend no less. You were too impatient.

Besides you have to wait a certain period of time before you can file a complaint anyway.

i specifically told this guy i needed the bumper yesterday,it was his lack of communication that pissed me off...btw im not filing the complaint thru paypal, as i just learned paypal sucks ****...and when we made the deal, he was sending emails back and forth to me....i would send an email,he would respond in a matter of 5mins,as would, i so i figured i would get confirmation at that moment or same day for that matter but noooo...this douche decides to finally respond back 2 days laters...but anyways,im done with this thread as i know what to do,and thanks for adding your 2cents!

I don't think it's your fault at all. Especially if he wasn't responding at all.

Ive said this many times and will continue to, only pay with paypal using a credit card, if he doesnt refund you money you can let the credit card go after them. Forget about using paypal or ebay disputed they are useless.
