A friend is selling his Bassani X pipe off of his 2003 Mach 1. My question is..will it fit my 2004 mustang gt?

also it was a 5 speed, and I am auto. On rpmoutlet.com they sell x pipes for auto's and manuals. Does this really matter? I've only seen this on bassani and no other X/H Pipes.
