In my lil packet of H&R stuff they got Wheel Spacer info., Are these really necessary? I looked at my rear Wheel well and it seems ok, just wish teh wheel could come out a little farther? Ne who whats the deal with them? Yay or Nay?
You shouldnt need em as far as I know. The IRS cobras usually have to use spacers or grind down the irs bolt when they use a 10.5 wheel, but the gt's are generally ok.
I need to get a set, so if you don't need them I'll buy em off you. With 10.5 rims you sometimes need them. IRS cobras with 2.5" (MM has 2.25") wide springs on rear coil overs.
FYI.. increased wheel track in the back end you get with a good spacer is usually a good thing for handling. Make sure to use hubcentric spacers like H&R makes and watch your wheel stud length.
