I have a strang problem with my 03 Mustang V6. I recently had the car repaired under warranty for a strange creaking in the front end. It turned out to be the lower control arms- they were replaced. Since then, the front end seems unusually high. The suspension is completely stock, I plan on lowering it this winter. I measured the front from the ground to the top of the wheel well and it was 29 1/4". I read somewhere that the factory ride height was about an inch less. The springs have had three weeks to settle and the height has not changed. The lower control arms are new, but the springs are the old factory springs (only 20,000 miles). All the work was done at the dealer under warranty. Any ideas what could be wrong? The car rides normal, but there is definitely something wrong.
