Default More beater trouble

k, i cleared my CEL on the sable before i replaced the DPFE for my egr system i was throwing a code:

P0401 Insufficient EGR Flow.

i ran the car since i replaced the sensor 3 days ago. Tonight, the CEL came on again, but this time, 2 more codes came up in addition to the one above:

P0401 - Insufficient EGR Flow.
P1000 - OBD-II Monitor Testing Incomplete
P1260 - Theft Detected - Engine Disabled

what boggles me is the last one...wft does that mean???

any help would be nice...i was hoping to get this thing back to running order and inspected so i could have it to move in to my dorm on sunday. i guess not.

im starting to wonder if its just worth dumping this car and getting a dakota or something.

to be 110% honest
idk if u have the money to do it but i would trade that thing in and get what u can for it and then buy something with less problems
bc u will fix 1 thing and the next weakest thing will break or throw a code

i cant trade it in until it inspected, which it is out of inspection by 1 month already, so i only drive it at night right now and the stang during the day (but i dont complain, its been real nice in the 70's the last week).

im going to call my buddy john who is mechanic at a pontiac dealership (i know, the dark side) and see what i should do. what really worries me is the theft thing.

i know this car's history cause it was in my family since new. about 100k of the miles are high way driven since my uncle (whom i lived with for 13 years) used it for traveling sales. hell, i spent $3k to get the trans mission repaired cause it drives like a champ. it just throws codes.
