Default SCT livewire

I am thinking of ordering this tuner pretty soon here. Does anyone have any experience with it? It seems pretty cool with all the features it gives you. Just looking for some feedback before I make the choice.

not a lot of guys here have the livewire, like myself, we all mostly have the Xcal2. I bought mine just as the livewire came out, but $300 vs $500...you do the math. The features with the livewire a great IF you tune cars regularly. If you are looking for something just to tune your car occasionally, and you going to go to a dyno shop to do it, stick with the Xcal2. Look on flea bay for a used unlocked one, they usually run about 250-300 dollars. just my

hey, if you really want it....then get it. but leave the tuning to someone who knows what they are doing. You dont want to start changing shit cause it sounds like it will give you more HP. That est HP, go to a dyno shop and get the real number and have them tune your car. Another thing, call your local dyno tune shop and make sure they use SCT, if they dont you better find a shop that does. Most shops are either SCT or Diablo...so make sure you do your homework on that. You dont want to buy one only to find out no one within 100 miles uses it.

haha yeah thanks for the advice 03. I checked on southwest racing and there is a dynotuner close that will tune sct. That would really suck if i had to drive to like texas or something just to get a tune.
