Default Transmission shifting problem

I really hope someone can help with this or point me in the direction of someone who can.The car is a 2000 GT(auto).I have installed 4.10 gears and a 3000 stall converter. The car won't shift into 2nd untill it hits the rev limiter at WOT.It does not do this everytime, but it always will when it downshifts from 2nd to 1st at WOT.It shifts fine at part throttle. But when it does shift from 1st to 2nd under Wot before the limiter it shifts way to early 4500 rpm. Then it hits the limiter from 2nd to 3rd.The car is not showing any codes and the shift points are stock. But even changing the limiter and shift points does not change anything.

Right after I had my 4.10 gears and H-pipe put on.But it has gotten worse and more frequent now after my converter and axles installed.
