You need to apply the throttle before lifting up on the clutch. Takes a bit getting used to, but it works.
so then its running lean?

hmmm damn returnless fuel system.....maybe convert it.......or you still have your focus pump correct? Maybe a boost a pump to keep the flow going. Or Cobra pump and tank. I'm just throwing ideas your way..

A conversion is the only true fix. Cobras suffer from the same issue when making more power.

First, congrats on bringing the Pony back from the doorway of the glue factory!

Second, and not that I could just walk out right now and pay for it, but what did all that set you back? (If that's not to personal.)

Third,

Blake your year has a return-less fuel system hence why you do not have a FPR.

jeebus people...
The #3 issue that I pointed out is 100% a tuning issue. I've tuned 99+ cars with blowers and this problem is common if a tuner forgets about the part throttle tuning. WOT tuning is easy to nail since everything is under max load. Part throttle and 0 throttle are more difficult.

Return to your tuner, tell him if it doesn't drive like a car without a blower when you're not in boost, then it's not right. period.

If he can't get your tune solid, then he needs to call the support line and they'll help him find the values that need to be tinkered with.

I gotta agree...

I would guess either a fule pressure regulator, or a bad tune...

I assumed you had it tuned... and tuned right... but you ain't got a FPR so I'd betcha that redneck is correct
