Default Seafoam gas treatment vs Intake treatment

What is the difference between using seafoam as a gas treatment vs doing the 1/2 bottle into the intake system. It seems the gas treatment would reach more carbon threw-out the engine but in less concentration. I have a slight hesitation problem when peddling my cobra.

I did the exact same procedure as the one listed here. I also have a 2v..so i am unsure if the line on your mustang is the same as "us" 2v's...

Ok. I found the cobra intake. It's under my snake emblem manafold, coming out toward the driverside. I put 1/2 can into intak, 1/4 into oil and 1/4 into gas (with 2 gallons of gas left). Blew a big dirty nasty cloud out that backdrafted into my car when I hit my first street light. Stiiiinkeey. With 85k on this baby im sure she needed cleaning. BTW my mechanic buddy said he could put it on a machine that vibrates the crap outta the engine or manafold (after spraying it with some type of cleaner). Might have to do that someday if he cuts me a break.

Seafoam rocks. I'm gettin more pull out of my engine when I gun it and when its under-powered going up a hill. Seems to have a smoother idle too.
