Black Projector Headlights (99-04)

I was wondering which bulbs are the high and the low beams. Are the H1's the high or the low? and what are the H3's? MT says the Low are H1 and the High are H3, however I read somewhere that it's the opposite. Does it really even matter?

It wont matter because the bulb wont fit correctly and itll be easilly recitified upon installment.

I seem to having some trouble taking out the bulbs that the headlights came with. On the back of the projector headlight they give you this little tiny box to work through and get the bulbs out. I cant get the original high beam out. Is there any tips or instructions that someone could give me on re-placing the bulbs on 99-04 projector headlights?
