I am having a problem with my 88 GT's headlights flickering on and off. After sometime, they then stop working all together. The parking and turn signals work fine, but the headlights and foglights dont. I wanted some advice before I tore apart my dashboard and ignition collar from someone who might have some more experience as to what steps I should take in troubleshooting, or any parts I might need to fix the problem. Thanks for any help and advice.

87-93 had probs with both the relay overheating and the switch. when both head/fog(on gts) are on it's too much voltage and burns the swith and relay. replace both! Latemodle resto, as well as others make a kit that has the swith, relay and wiring to fix this. I have a 93 and had to do it when I used to drive it on the steet.h
