2.3L AOD to 5.0L 5speed swap
what are all the parts i will need to do a 2.3L AOD to 5.0L Manual swap, the motor and tranny are coming togather
please dont tell me sell it and buy a 5.0L, thisis a project car, that i got for free that im building up thanks or what are all the parts i will need to do a 2.3L AOD to a 5.0L AOD swap, the motor and trans would also come togather |

get a donor car with a 5.0 thats wrecked and swap it over easy and cost effcent.

your gonna need the ecu and engine wiring harness from a 5.0 with an auto. or a manual 5.0 and get a full manual valve body for your 5.0 I dont know what your end goal for all of this so there is alot of ways to do it.
