Question Need Help!!!

ok...

so I clean the engine... (covered all the vitals)

hosed the sucker off...

started her up...
idled for 15min
drove to pep boys (needed a lug)
got insaide said "****" i forgot my card
go outside...
hop in...
start her up... throw it in reverse... stalled out...
went to start her back up... and... she wouldnt start

So i push start her... starts right up...
drive home...

WONT START WTF ARGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG

Battery is full
i hear the fuel pump prime
turn the key... clutch pressed... wont start

no ticking... doesnt turn over... i cant figure what the problem could be...

tried givin the starter a nice wack... still nothing.,..

Need help... I'm completely lost...

alright...

I've come to the conclusion that the Solenoid must have gotton wet and is the problem...

Anyone know where the f.uck the stupid thing is?

i cant find it

Deffinatly a starter problem. Its on the passenger side of the engine on the bottom right before the trannys bellhousing.You either fried it or the starter. its the stock one i am gonna guess i would just replace the whole thing if i was you its better then just doing the noid then doing the whole start later on.

ok... i knew where the starter was... I didnt know that the solenoid was there too...

i'm still bewildered on how it will start then not want to start anymore...

just for ****s n giggles I charged up the battery... and she started right up... drive around the block and get back home... turn off the car and try n start her back up... nothing...

its pissin me off...

I doubt its the starter... Are ya sure the solenoid isnt under the hood??

If I had a dollar for everyone that washed-down their motor and screwed it up....


That little deed cost me $300 last summer......never agian.

same here... i knew it was a bad idear...

everyone says "oh no! its perfectly safe! blah blah blah spray yer engine w/ the garden hose! pipee! cover it w/ aluminum foil! ya'll be oky doky!"

I think I'll do it again... ha ha... I guess its a learning experience
