First vid of my car w/ a race
eh, my friend threw it together, the race that you see, although its says stock camaro Z28, its slightly modified, LS6 Intake and Exhaust. Enjoy, don't hate on the vid, he did it like at 4am.
Sai Turbo Stang
my video guy left out the most important people that made this car possible, THR. THR does some great work, my car shows what they can do.

on 7.2psi i am doing 297hp and 322 tq to the wheels, on 15psi, it has not been dyno'd, it has never been turned up that high, BUT when we were adjusting the boost controller when it was installed, we turned it the wrong way, had it around 15psi, and the min the boost gauge showed that high, he let off at 4000rpm, it dyno'd at 340hp and 420tq to the wheels. i haven't had time to upload this new dyno graph, but i have it. It was done at G-Force, great guys.

that was such a waste of money how much did they charge you for the turbo setup and what size where the turbosi bet it was bout 4 to 6 grand for everything u should have just poped a v8 cobra motor in it and would have even better effects than that setup but to each is own i see it as a waste of money15 pounds of boost only pushing 300 something horsepower ur parents must be rich to allow u to do that because i know u didnt pay for it

that video is misleading. i was never boosting at 15psi in any of the races. the dyno numbers are 297hp and 322tq at 7.2lbs of boost. and as far as the $ goes, I have done quiet a bit of mods to my car, I paid for 90% of it on my own. If I am ever short here and there, yes my parents do cover me.
and....don't tell me what I should have done. If its a waste, and if you are in Houston, come line-up with me and I will show you what my car can do.

You need to be banned from life. Appreciate what others have done to their cars. It takes guts to go the different route by putting flames and a turbo on a 6er, whereas anyone else could go the easy way and buy a cobra. What kinda car do you have that allows you to talk down to him?

i completely agree, but not only did he do something different by putting flames and a turbo and now nitrous on a 6, he made it look damn nice in the process. nicer than the majority of the cars on these forums and im sure faster than most of them too.

Yeah sounds nice, but I was wonderin that too, have you done any engine work ie cam's, intakes, rr's? Look and sounds really nice...See for some people there is a novelty in making my V6 faster then a GT, it's unexpected...theres a guy DAN on another forum i look at and he has a 400 hp sixer...anything you do is guna cost money, personally I'd mod out my V6 engine just cuz of people like Omega if I had the money...
SAI just wonderin do you know if that TT on the TMA website is up working and dyno'd yet?

Thanks for the compliments guys, and as far as the people on my ***, sorry if you feel that I have done something to MY car that you don't agree with.
My car is fully stock, except for the Turbo Kit and up-graded fuel system (injectors, fuel pump), and I have an SCT tune on it.
The twin turbo is running some nice numbers, somewhere around 340hp I think. Don't quote me on that. I will double check and let you guys know.

Nice...they fit ok with no problems? Those are the ones that I wanted but weren't available in 19's. I chickened away from the 20's, was told they were too big and would cause alot of problems if I dropped the car...Glad to see a stang with 'em though...Looks good.

Wow! NIce car! Very impressive.
We all mod our cars for our own reasons. Sometimes it's the challenge, sometimes it's the love, sometimes we are just stupid and we learn from our misstakes.
Anyone who mods is generally putting money down the toilet as far as getting it back out of the car. Only rims and exhaust are good investment IMO. But these cars are not an investment, only an investment of our time and money and the joy we get when we know "I did this".
My 2000 GT Vert is no longer stock like 95% of us. My friend '05 GT Vert is all stock right down to the Ford air in the tires. He will NEVER mod the thing because it scares him and because he has $35k tied up in the car. When someone tells him "nice car" what they are really saying is "it is really cool that you can afford that." When someone tells me "nice car" I know that I can take credit for making it look and drive the way it does.
If you are someone that has to ask "why did you mod your car" then you are not capable of understanding the answer (not talking about anyone here, but those on the street)
IMO, we are all financial morons for modding. No 6'er should get boosted, because you could have just bought a GT. No GT should ever get modded, because you could have just bought a Snake. And by no means should anyone ever mod a snake, because you could have just bought a Saleen. etc...
The point is, we all have our limits. To me, dropping a blower on a $10k 2000 GT is a no brainer. Putting a KB on a $26k Cobra would make me nervous especially if I was still paying on it. In that situation, I might leave well enough alone.
Great car. Mod the **** out of it, and when your're done, mod it some some more.
