I may have posted this before or either just watched it a while back. This is from a different run group way back in the Spring of this year at the Memphis Motorsports Park. I was looking through some videos of the track and ran back across this, worth sharing. You only have to watch the first twenty second to see some utter and complete fail, and amazing victorious win at the same time. Voomph!!! It will haunt dreams. I hope the ZR1 guy shows up next open track event there.

wasn't expecting it to be THAT bad

 

It's pretty bad. That ZR1 was SO fast in the straights. I remeber watching and thinking that there was no way that it could stop in time. But then I remembered the 15" carbon ceraminc brakes, which look like some damn pizza pans.

 

I have seen that before it's like when you are wating for a light on a 2 lane road and the guy coming up in the next lane times the green just right and blows by you going 55
