I saw this the other day. Crazy ****. The chimp was her friends pet. Apparently she has always been around it, but said she always felt uncomfortable around it. The friend called her when it got out of his cage. I would like to know how the lady let the damn thing get up to 200lbs. Crazy monkeys.

the owner gave the monkey Xanax for anxiety. it triggers a different responce in monkeys than humans. they had to kill the chimp, it lived in the owners house and had its own bedroom.

 

I guess it goes for all wild animals being kept as pets. Even some domesticated dogs. You gotta realize they may turn on you or someone else. People who keep animals that are larger than they are should be wary.

I konw a lady who had a female lion for a pet, and she would get in her cage and play with her like a dog. ******* lion would wake up the whole neighborhood when she was in heat. Plus if you moved too quick around her she would make a dust storm in her pin from reacting to your movements.

I always felt really uneasy when we visit her house.. She finally had to get rid of her. The city said enough of this. Someone is gonna get scratched in half..

 

Yea I remember when this happened. I heard the 911 call. The owner would take baths with it, eat fine cuts of steak and drink wine with it. I think I even heard she bathed with it. The victim like said above was around the monkey all the time but the xanex got the thing crazy and she was called over to help get it back in the cage. Then she got attacked. The owner was crying to 911 and describing that the monkey was eating her freind while she had them on the phone. Police had to finally shoot the thing.
