Just dicking around at the shop, doing some donuts in the rain.

I accidentally did that in my car, at the convention center. In loose *** gravel, right after i did the gas pedal mod, whipped it sideways then fishtailed, lost it but slammed on the brakes D: definatly scared me cuz i didnt try to do it.

Burnouts in the rain are pointless and prove nothing.

I don't remember passing through Gatesville, no. I was working today...some 1000 miles or so away from there. lol.

But back to the thread - I don't support "donuts in the rain".

In fact, burnouts are next to impossible in the rain because the act of burning out is burning rubber which smokes. All you're doing by spinning your tires in the rain is spinning tires and making noise. Nothing to show for it. Fun? Maybe, sure. Show worthy? Absolutely not. This is almost as pointless as when Spin spun his Viper in the intersection just for the heck of it. It's stupid.

-2 Cool Points to the dude with the Bulitt.

Minus 1 for your sn, and minus 1 for the "burnout"...or lack there of.

stobes were in the car when i bought it. And, please, by all means... could anyone PLEASE tell me when in my post did i mention anything about a burnout, or even better yet, where in the videos thread did you see anything bout ONLY burnout videos could be posted? Damn a buncha dicks on here it seems. I mean ****. I assure you the car is very capable of an actual burnout, but being as how its been raining here for over a week solid now, I was bored as ****, and kinda hard to do a burnout in the pouring rain. But as previously stated, when the rain stops, there will be a burnout vid posted just for you guys. Ugh

HA HA HA! I couldn't agree more with a certain line. Since burnouts are IMPOSSIBLE in the rain, I wonder what I was doing then, when I dug two one inch deep holes in the pavement with my back tires and it was sprinkling outside.

Wow! And I thought I joined a mustang forum. Sounds to me like i joined a hater club. I mean damn guys, I thought it was all about the enjoyment of owning/driving a mustang and some sort of cameraderie. Guess not.

I'm confused... Nick, it's "impossible" to do burnouts in the rain? Do any of you watch drag racing, ever been in a water box? If you can't do a burnout in the rain or on wet ground you're not trying hard enough.

@ the video, you sux @ teh d0nutz! lol

Yeah I thought you were trying to sell the car? Nobody's gonna want a car you've been beating the **** out of. Hopefully you don't screw around too much and end up damaging the car, but to each their own.

What's more fun though than doing a donut in the rain, is coming out of a turn and hammering it and getting sideways.

I don't generally beat up on it. But what's the point of having a mustang if ya don't play in it from time to time, ya know? These cars were built to be driven. I mean, it WAS raining. And gotta wear the new off the tires i just put on it lol

Just saying that generally people who are trying to sell their car try and keep and keep the wear and tear down. They usually drive it as little as possible. But hey, it's your car.

Well truth be known, I don't WANT to sell it. And if it doesn't sell it won't hurt my feelings a bit. I just really need the money right now. But... it's my only vehicle so i kinda have to drive it. As for the wear and tear, honestly since I bought the car in February of this year, to date that is the very first time i've done donuts in it ever, and I've done 3 all out burnouts in it since i've owned it. Just kinda wanted a couple videos of it more or less for me in case I do manage to sell it, i'll have a momento of the car lol

Your car will do fine with a 125 shot. I'd go with 3.73's if I were you. **** maybe even 3.90's.
