Song is called Lux Aeterna. It's the theme song from Requiem for a Dream.

Yeah definitely. Leaves you with one hell of a weird feeling after watching. Sure made me wanna start shootin' up some heroin haha.

Well aspirated means to provide with air. Naturally aspirated engines are just normal breathing without the assistance of forced induction, which is the result of super charger or turbo.
