Default my 01 gt with nasty cams

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AhRweJU9Kb8

it really sucks that i had no idea i couldnt put stage 3 heads on stock bore, and that is what the ticking noise is. but just listen to those anderson n42 cams these are stage 3 cams. I will be getting the block bore and getting forged pistons and rods while i am at it with high compression pistons . The car should be done by next week. Ill post pictures up from how the stage 3 heads fucked up the cylinder wall also of the ptv issue even tho the cams were degreed.

Wow all I heard is nasty PTV contact. What are stage 3 heads anyhow and why wouldnt use be able to use them on a stock block? Its gonna more the lift of the cam that matters what size cam you can do before PTV contact is gonna happen.

They are patriot stage 3 heads and you can not use it on a stock bore due to intake valves hitting the sides of cylinder wall. Motor is getting built now im gonna be broke but its gonna have built motor with notched pistons so there will be no more PTV.

Sounds like a nasty setup. Are you going to spray the car too? or is this gonna be a low compression F/I motor?
