WOW that is tight!

They definatly did a good job, Kudo's to the cameraman, almost looks like he must have been on a skatrboard or something with wheels to get that smooth of a rotation.

if you look at other videos of that on youtube you can see the camera man circling in his own car. they have a bunch of versions of this vid.

You can see the car in this one, it is about twenty seconds in. And it is an awesome video.
