I dont knwo what to think other than that daughter was damn hot. With that out of the way damn she cant read. Personally people that dont read auctions are dumb at the same time doing it to 8 ppl at once is freaking excessive I would have laughed at Judge Judy and told her to sit and rotate I hate her voice so bad.

Judge Judy needs to learn how to speak properly, and in a manner fitting of a Judge. I can tell you that if I was the defendant the next thing I would do is sue Judith for deformation of character.
eBay has already dealt with this via the notorious 'xBox BOX 360' scandal and all that eBay could do is reimburse the buyer and ban the seller..
If the item description stated "This is a photo only" then the judge was wrong in this case.. You can describe the phone in full detail as long as it states in the actual item description (in the 'Item Description' table) that it is only a photo.
Now I think that the defendant was a scammer and shouldn't be allowed to sell anything ever again, but the judgement was wrong.. Plain and simple...

If you agree to go onto the judge judy show you have to sign a waiver that says " she can call you anything she wants to". She lambastes everyone she rules against, and sometimes the people she rules for. This is why the show prospers. People love to see someone get browbeat like that. Plus the show pays all the fines for the losers..
