Al Pappito runs in the modular muscle class in the NMRA. His car has a naturally asperated 5.4 in it. It's the new Ford GT Supercar block, I'm not sure about the intake and heads other than it's a 4 valve. Al does all his own work and builds motors for hire too. This run he had a little trouble hitting third gear so I edited it but you should stand behind him when he launches this beast it's a treat. He was running 10.20's all weekend and he could go high nines if he wanted to, the car is not legal for 9's so he just runs low 10's. Al is very approachable so if you make it to one of these events go look him up, he's a great guy.

I have the wide screen version the picture and sound are much better but the file is 78 megs. Al is funny he is so laid back and always has a sly grin on his face. I love to watch him run, that car is sick.

I wish I had got a video of Ken's 2 valve running 11.11's n/a. At least I got to see two of his runs, I just didn't have the camera with me when he ran. I'll get him in Joliet you guys will enjoy watching the worlds fastest n/a 2v Mustang. He launches crazy times like 1.4's, it's violent.... but cool.

 

Al's car is the ****...gotta love a stick car running low 10s. Funny thing is, he is holding back so he doesnt' run 9s and get booted off the track.
