Well I made my video and I cant wait to show it BUT, friend with the digital video camera forgot the firewire cable, and my O/R H is going back on tomorrow morning so we are going to go try again.

The contest is on... I'm confident in myself and my stock shifter!

Should we put some money on it? $5 to whoever shifts faster? lol

Sure, only if you use the same method to shift as I did. I can speed shift too.
You have to lift between gears as I did in my video. Let the other members vote and if you win, I will PayPal you $5.00.

I need a short shifter. First set is lifting, second small set is powershifting.

Which two comparisons are you refering to? His vs. Mine or his two shifting demos? Powershifting (his second demo) is harder on the Drivetrain and more risky.
With a short shifter he will be right up there with me. :shifty:

Because that is the one I chose. I had experience with Hurst and got tired of the constant online debates about which is "better"

Damn, you can drive...

I'm still the king of grany shifting. My 2nd to 3rd gear shifting is soo slow. I can be ahead of traffic, but whenever I shift to 3rd gear, every other car catches up to me lol

I'm just too afraid I'll shift from 2nd to 1st.
