That **** pisses me off. I've done countless amounts of power meets at my high school, and that crap is so gay. I know tons of kids who work out at my school and at the gym who do way too much weight. They do way too much in the wrong form, instead of less, and the right form. Thats how a kid crushed his chest last year on bench press. F U C K tards.

I love watching the idiots lifting at the Y who don't understand anything about form, they just take as much weight as they can possibly lift and go with that.
