Won't Start- Backfires
Hello All,
I have a 2005 4.0L, v6- all stock. A few months ago, it just quit. My code reader gave me codes for the TBM, TPS, and PCM. I replaced all three- She still will not start. If I start with the throttle all the way to the floor, the engine will catch, act like it is going to start and go into high rev, then die. I gets a cute little puff under the hood and the tailpipe hisses. I'm pretty, this is compression/ exhaust related, but at this point, I'm at my wit's end. Any help?
For the record- I have the latest flash, have set the spring in the TBM and calibrated the TPS. Also, my chips all line up on my keys.
