Smile Replacement of 3.8 liter V6 clutch release bearing

Get a vibration in the clutch pedal at idle and low RPMs. Mechanic told me it was the clutch release bearing. Price of bearing is less than $16, but labor is around $250. Where can I find video/instructions to try it myself?

its really nothing to it. just have to get the car high enough and have a nice transmission jack. u can undo the driveshaft from the rear end and let it rest on the ground i would guess then just remove your exhaust cat section and it is 4 bolts on the tranny and then the transmission crossmember. don't remove the bell, just the transmission. once you take them 4 bolts out u just slide the trans back with your trans jack and u can reach your arm in there to swap it out. prob a 4-5 hour job with the right tools for your first time
