Unhappy Help my pony

I just recently purchased an 04 mustang, V6 automatic. I get a load of crap from my friends that drive more powerful mustangs ( 01 Mach 1, 03 Mach 1, and 00 GT ) but unfortunately I had to purchase a car I could afford. After taking a ton of insults at the fun ford event in Bristol this past weekend I decided that I want to do some mods to shut these guys up. I need some advice on some low price start off mods that may help, Im no gear head so please someone help me.

I wish I could spend alot of cash on this project but I need something around $300 to start off. As far as NOS, what kind of a system would I need to keep from melting my poor little V6?

Maybe you should try getting 2 more cylinders I heard that works wonders. JK Or maybe you should sell that 04 and get a used 99-02 gt They are probably right around the same price. If your gonna keep it the only way to go is with some boost either a charger, turbo, or NOS as stated earlier. You can go with bolt ons and whatnot, but your still gonna get your *** handed to you by a gt. I've heard of v6's with procharger kits running 13's thats probably your best bet. and please don't go and put GT emblems on that thing or a hood scoop you'll get made fun of more. If your interested I still have my stock catback echaust off my 99 GT if your interested in putting dual exhaust on that thing.. let me know

Unfortunatly nothing short of nitrous or a blower is gonna get you around GT territory.

Youre pretty much screwed, especially with a $300 budget. Just be glad you have a nice looking car and dont listen to their BS.

if you save around 1,500 in cash you can find used blower kits liek ones form ATI for that price and that will get you almost to 300rwhp with just that.

You'll need alot more than $300 bucks to even hang with the GT! I'd save up some money and get you a nitrous kit, gears and a full exhaust and you should see some decent power!
PS: what is an 01 Mach?
