x or h

Basically there's nominal power gains difference between the two. Alot of people run x pipes. If you're gonna run an x pipe on a 2v car, don't run an o/r x, get a catted one. When i first got my stang i bought an o/r x pipe, ran it for about 3 days, decided it sounded like ****, took it off and sold it to a guy with a Termi. Then i went and bought an o/r h and couldn't be happier with the sound, its louder and deeper than the x. Look at it this way, Ford puts H pipes on mustangs for a reason.

H makes a deeper exhaust tone, while x makes a more high pitched european sound. H makes tourqe while X makes a a few more hp. On a v6 I wouldn't run an x-pipe as its an even firing motor. Run an H pipe or no crossover at all because the v6 doesn't need it.
