The reduce the .... thingie...makes the engine turn slower freeing up HP soaked up by the drive system(??)
Underdrive Crank will free up 25%to 42% HP be taking the stock pulley and harmonic balancer and making is smaller (the pulley not the balancer)
same with the water pump. If you have a stereo (2000W+) you will need a overdrive alternator pulley so the alternator doesn't lose any power from the reduction.
ASP,RPMOutlet, Steeda and a few other places sell them. Cost from 160-250 depending on the % of reduction you want and the name.

they can decrease cooling and charging, so if you have a big stereo then you would need to get an overdrive pulley. With the 42% reduction pulleys from rpmoutlet they add about 14rwhp. They are worth getting, we installed some on a 99 V6 and you could definatley tell there was a increase in accelleration and hp.

Only complaint I have ever heard really is that the AC isnt quite as cold when the engine is idling.

yeah, the belt should come with the system let me rephrase that, you will have the option to purchase the belt when you purchase your system, I do believe theyre $20 extra if buy with the UDPs or $24 for the belt its self

no I dont know the actual size, if I had to guess I would say 91" it is just slightly smaller then your stock belt. If your going to install the UDP, I would recommend having apulley puller, we didnt so we made one, worked out fine but man, pain in the ***
