Default Super 44's

Hey, I was wanting to know if anyone has a true dual setup with Flowmaster Super 44's? I swapped out the regular 40's (weren't loud enough) for straight pipe (way to loud) and hate it. I am wanting it to be about have way louder than the 40's and the straight pipe.

I was considering MAC mufflers in a true dual setup with an H-pipe but I am very hesitant because a few videos on youtube I seen sounded good - like a flowmaster setup with a little more growl to it - and then some sounded really bad - some sounded like a Nissan 350z.

Thanks.

I have that setup. The shop cut the y-pipe out, ran straight pipes all the way back to two flowmaster super 44 mufflers and out the back.

..its a v6...its never going to have that muscle tone that a v8 has..it'll always have a strange sound to the exhaust...

Personally I'm not a fan of flowmasters..but if you're looking for the loud annoying drone..go for it

But theres alot of different brands out there that do sound good.. search for sound clips on:

Borla Bassani Magnaflow Spintech (do they sell just muffles?) ect..

When I ordered from VMPtuning.com I bought a CAI, tuner and a GT exhaust. I'm still waiting for the tune via email, so I put on the GT exhaust and it was considerably louder. I doesn't sound that bad and may be an option for you.
