A cross over does nothing for a even firing motor like the v6. Because it fires both banks of the engine at the same time so there is no exhaust scavenging effect created so you don't need a cross over. True dual is all you need on the v6.

I have read that loosening both cats looses too much low end power for the little high end gain that there is. No personal experience though. Also will sound like **** with no cats on the v6.

tossing the cats is worth maybe 2-4hp over high flow cats, and not having cats on a v6 makes it sound like ****.

minimal gains. you best bet is to look in other places for horsepower. at the moment, you exhaust is pretty effiecient.
