Default Need help choosing an Intake,

So for you V6 owners with an intake, what would you recommend?, I want a full Cold Air intake for my car, would like it to be under $100. Was thinking of getting a MAC one but they are like $150, anyone know of any good cheap ones?

I just bought one brand new off ebay for $24 but the shipping was $25, type into the ebay search "mustang v6 cold air intake" and you should get a bunch of results.

Hell I could fabricate you a PVC 3" fenderwell to MAS, MAS to throttle body for $100.....I don't trust ebay noname perfornamce parts....had a MAC on mine, saw all the rust that was being fed into my upper intake, not a happy camper.

If you want a good intake, you're gonna have to spend more than 100 dollars. Just the facts of life there. Steeda makes probably the best overall, however they are expensive. This is one of those "you get what you pay for" situations.

Its a cold air intake. if it has smooth bends and a high flow filter its just as good as the rest. There is really no reason to buy a super exspensive one if you dont want to. the facts are CAi are all the same mostly.
